First Friday Art Walk

Date: First Friday of every month.

Celebrate the first Friday of every month surrounded by members of your local community as you stroll through downtown Bainbridge enjoying art, food, and film from community members! Don’t forget to pop in at our office to enjoy our living gallery.

Farmers Market

Date: Saturdays from 10 am – 2 pm.

The farmer’s market is back! Comprised of your favorite returning vendors with fantastic new additions, the market is as big of a hit as ever. Stop by to enjoy the live music from local artists as you peruse the treasures of the market.

Movies in the Park

Date: August 6th from 9:00 pm – 11:00 pm, August 13th from 9:00 pm – 11:00 pm, August 19th from 8:45 pm – 10:45 pm, Aug 20th from 8:45 pm – 10:45 pm, August 26th from 8:30 pm – 10:30 pm, August 27th from 8:30 pm – 10:30 pm.

Head to Battle Point Park for a Drive-In movie night featuring a variety of classics and new favorites including Black Panther, The Goonies, Captin Marvel, and more!

Live on the Lawn

Dates: Thursdays at 7 pm from July 1st – August 12th

Bring a chair or a blanket and join in for a myriad of performances! With everything from comedy skits to concerts and so much more, Live on the Lawn is as vibrant as ever! Enjoy popular groups such as Ranger & the Re-arrangers to The EDGE Improv group.

Summer Art Market

Date: Sundays from July 11th – August 15th

Get your shopping shoes on and head to the plaza outside the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art. The sound of live music will welcome you from blocks away. Peruse the booths filled with handmade and local treasures from artisans and makers!

Picnic for Parks

Date: July 24th at 4 pm.

Chef Noel of Frease Catering has designed the perfect date night with a gourmet picnic experience for two! Enjoy your pick from a full menu of appetizers, main dishes, sides, desserts, and mocktails. Bainbridge Island Studio Tour

Dates: August 13th from 10 am – 6 pm, August 14th from 10 am – 6 pm, August 15th from 10 am – 5 pm.

Chief Seattle Days

Date: Saturday, August 21st

Celebrate the namesake of Seattle, former Suquamish Indian Tribe Chief Seattle. Founded in 1911, the celebration has remained largely the same since his passing. Including traditional events such as an Indian salmon bake, native canoe races, baseball, drumming and dancing, and the “Memorial Service to Chief Seattle” at his gravesite, with recent additions such as The Coastal Jam, a Pow-wow with competition dancing and drumming, a parade, fun runs, fireworks display, craft, and food vendor booths, and a royalty pageant.
