There is a chill in the air and its officially the most wonderful time of the year! Local shops are filled with cheer and residents across the island are ready to celebrate. Find out where you can enjoy twinkling lights and build gingerbread houses below.
December 7th – 26th | An Actor’s Carol
Enjoy a Christmas classic from Charles Evered. This rendition of A Christmas Carol features holiday music from Bainbridge Island’s Jon Brenner.
December 11th | Winter Wonderland | 4pm – 7pm
The third annual event is the perfect place for seasonal family fun! Enjoy light features, face painting, cider, cookies, a boat parade and more. Rumor has it Santa will stop by, too!
December 8th – 15th | Gingerbread Houses
The Kids Discovery Museum is hosting a DIY workshop to decorate gingerbread houses. Stop by any day to enjoy this self-guided activity with little ones.
December 15th – January 6th | Holiday Village
Bloedel Reserve is magic of the season with a tiny town that will leave big memories. The handmade village offers imagination galore that all ages are sure to love.
December 20th – 22nd | Solstice Walks
Explore nature with a candle-lit walk through Bloedel Reserve. A pathway lit by lanterns make this event unlike any of the other experiences offered all day.
December 31st | Noon Year’s Eve | 10am – 1pm
A new year is almost here, and the Kids Discovery Museum is ready to celebrate ‘Noon Year’s Eve’ with a countdown and balloon drop.
