• Inventory of Bainbridge Island Real Estate Existing Homes continues to be a major issue for buyers, but certainly favors sellers.
• The increase in Bainbridge Island New Home inventory appears to indicate builders are coming back. 
• Bainbridge Island Condos are continuing to move through the excess inventory built up prior to the housing downturn.
• Bainbridge Island Pending Sales were up for the month and year across the board.
• Sales for December of Existing Bainbridge Island Homes and Condos continued unabated by the oncoming winter.
• Prices of Bainbridge Island Real Estate Market homes are still a bit squirmy as lower-priced REOs and short-sales are filtered out of the market.
