  • Bainbridge Island Pending Sales were up for the month and year across the board.
  • Sales for December of Existing Bainbridge Island Homes and Condos continued unabated by the oncoming winter.
  • Prices of Bainbridge Island Real Estate Market homes are still a bit squirmy as lower-priced REOs and short-sales are filtered out of the market.
