“Loving Island Life” Independent Bookstore Day!

Street view of a brick building with two shops. The left shop is "Eagle Harbor Book Co." with a "Books" sign. The right shop has a large red sign that reads, "EAT SLEEP READ." Blue awning above windows.

An Independent brick and mortar bookstore is so much more than just a place that sells books.  It’s a place of inspiration and comfort, a place to connect with the community. For children it’s an exciting place to explore new worlds and fan the flames of their imaginations.  We at “Loving Island Life” love to read and we feel so fortunate to have a truly wonderful independent book store with an enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff.  This Saturday is Independent Bookstore Day, and there will be tours this weekend of independent bookstores all over greater Seattle.  Please stop in to our own Eagle Harbor Book Company to celebrate the day!
