“Loving Island Life” Music on Bainbridge

Colorful "MUSIC" text with microphones, speakers, and abstract designs on a black background.

Did you know that Bainbridge Island has quite the musical history and reputation? Leading jazz guitarist Bill Frisell has lived on Bainbridge since 2000, Chad Channing was a sauté cook on Bainbridge Island before becoming drummer for Nirvana, and Andrew Wood, lead singer for alternative rock bands Malfunkshun and Mother Love Bone was raised on the rock! There was a recent article in The Stranger about the vibrant Punk Rock scene on Bainbridge Island. We at “loving Island Life” love all kinds of music and are feeling an urge to tap our toes! We must be hearing the call of all the music that will be available on the island to listen and dance to this weekend. If you’d care to join us, read on!
