“Loving Island Life” Luxury Real Estate Conference

This week I was not able to take part in the Bainbridge Island Real Estate Brokers tour as I was attending a Luxury Real Estate Conference in San Diego CA.  The conference was held at the Grand Del Mar Resort and was attended by many of the best Luxury Real Estate Agents from all over the world.  The event was an outstanding opportunity for agents to network, share ideas, and attend various workshops.  One noteworthy workshop was based on the International Investor.  Many foreign investors have a great desire to diversify their holdings and the US real estate market is very attractive right now.  Many of these families choose to educate their children at our Universities for Undergraduate and Graduate degrees and having a home nearby is a high priority.  The workshop covered all aspects of the International Buyer and the necessary resources required to guarantee a smooth, trouble-free transaction.

Next week I will be sure to give you an update on the homes for sale on Bainbridge Island.  I will also feature another “Loving Island Life” special place.  A special thanks to all of the Professional Luxury Real Estate Agents that attended the conference.  This was definitely a group of exceptional individuals who are dedicated to the absolute best that customer service has to offer.
